PROOFS
Proofs are strongly encouraged as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a proof is not requested, and the personalization appears different than expected. Just include a note when you checkout that you would like a proof, and we will send it via Etsy messages for your approval. Proofs are sent within one business day, and you have 5 days to approve before it goes to production.

SHIPPING
$6.00 via USPS First Class Mail. Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout.
Please double check that the shipping address on file with Etsy is the correct address for this order.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the personalized nature of our items, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

CHANGES TO ORDER
Requests for changes to custom orders must be submitted via Etsy Messages within 1 hour of purchase or before work on the order begins, whichever comes first. Changes requested after this timeframe are not possible.
