In order to get your order processed as soon as possible, we will NOT automatically send you a proof. If you prefer to see a preview of your personalization prior to printing/engraving, please send us a message with your order. Keep an eye out for your proof and get back to us ASAP in order to not delay your order. Our designers will do their best to accommodate requests, but reserve the right to modify to their discretion

If you are looking to order larger quantities of an item to give out as guest favours or bridal party gifts, please send us a message and we will gladly assist you!

We offer Free Shipping for untracked orders within Canada on most items in our shop. Shipping upgrades available in cart (Express with tracking)
We also offer local pick-up in the Montreal area, located at 6862 St-Hubert. Let us know if you would prefer to pick up!

Shipping delays caused by Canada Post or other courier services are out of our control and we therefore cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. We do not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail, particularly those travelling outside of Canada.
