Returns on pierced jewelry

Hi sorry we don't accept returns on pierced items as these are an intimate item so please double check your sizes before ordering. We never resell jewelry that's been shipped out so we don't accept returns. This is due to hygiene reasons. Any refunds that are made will be minus the shipping cost

Sizes We always measure the bar from the inside so we never include balls or threads when measuring.

All Titanium Pieces are 100% Titanium. As for the Surgical Steel All Barbells, Posts, Stems and Rings Are 100% Surgical Steel but some of the ends and settings will be Cast Alloy do to weight and comfort.

All jewelry is New but not sterilised. It is alway best to clean or sterilise the jewelry if possible before use. Also wash hands or tools and the piercing site before use. We do our absolute best to insure a clean and hygienic environment for the jewelry.
