• When washing use a mild hair shampoo without conditioner or a wool friendly detergent.
• Lay down the knits on a dry towel and let them dry flat, do not hang them until dry.
• Dry away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Unlike any other textile fiber, this wool can refresh itself simply by hanging in fresh air.

The hat is awesome! It's warm, pleasant to wear, and fits snugly, but not too tightly. It also earns bonus points for being stylish. I tested it in snowy and rainy weather, and it keeps my head warm in both cases. Can't comment yet on how well it handles strong winds. Some hats, even if they are thick, do not provide an effective barrier, but I have a feeling that this will not be a problem with this one.
