International Orders - Taxes, Duties, Fees and Returns policy

• Buyers are responsible for all duties and applicable taxes in their country. - Please ensure you are aware of your countries import fees. • International Returns must be marked as a Return - if you fail to do so any import fees incurred will be charged to the buyer or delivery declined. • ALL returns much be tracked & arrive back within 14 days. • Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. • Forced Returns (Returning an item without prior contact) will not be accepted or refunded. • Items returned due to incorrect address given, non-payment of custom duties, or failed collection from the postal service will not be refunded and you will be need to pay a reshipping fee of £30.

Custom and Personalised Orders and Gifts

I offer a fully customised service, if you don't see the design or style you want then I will do everything I can to incorporate your ideas. I can add a personal touch to every order, this includes painting the soles of the shoes in your chosen colour, adding a date, names, quotes. I can also add personalised images and personalised ribbon designs. Each pair of my shoes come with a beautifully designed shoe box and matching tissue paper. All packaging materials are eco-friendly and either made from recycled material or fully recyclable. Gift messages are available and will be added to my own designed gift card at no extra cost. Gift Wrapping is available for a small charge, this option is available at checkout.

ALL Shoes are listed in UK Sizes. Please check your shoe size carefully, ALL listing include a size conversion chart, which includes foot measurements. If you are unsure then please message me. It is important that you send me the correct size/measurements at the time of ordering. All my items are listed in UK sizes which are different to US/EU/AUS sizing, please see conversion charts on each listing for the correct sizing. I am not responsible for sizes selected incorrectly, If you have any questions please contact me.

How long do Orders take?

ALL Shoes are completely handmade and designs take a MINIMUM of 4 weeks. Please place close attention to the expected shipping times when ordering, these are updated regularly. My processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the time of year, processing times are longer at busier times. If you do need your order for a certain date please let me know and I will do everything I can to accommodate. I do have an express option fee. Shoe orders do take a minimum of 4 weeks, if you require your order within a certain time frame I would advise upgrading shipping to prevent any delays. If you require your order before the estimated shipping dates you must contact me within 2 days of ordering to let me know.

The majority of my designs are completely handmade to order. I work with a small company who hand make the base shoes for me. This allows me to offer a wide variety of different styles and heel heights, all of which are extremely comfortable & have extra padded soles When the base shoes arrive with me they are plain. I use premium quality textile dyes or paint to get the shoes to the desired colour. Fabrics, embellishments, trims, crystals are all carefully chosen and applied by hand. Appliques and fixtures are often handmade. Soles images are applied via a specialised application using vinyl. There may be some slight differences to the photos in the listings, however each pair is finished to the same high standard.

Trying on shoes and what to do if shoes are a little tight...

The majority of my shoes are completely handmade. They maybe tight when first trying, this is because handmade shoes can not be stretched before purchase in the same way machine made shoe are. To slightly stretch the fabric you can wear a pair of clean socks and gently apply heat to the areas that are tight with a hairdryer on a low setting, please do this carefully and gently. When trying on your new shoes please wear a clean pair of socks or tights and ensure your feet are clean, try on inside on a soft surface.

Please see your custom shoes as a work of art and please treat them that way. Dirt, mud and wet weather may damage the fabric. Small marks can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth. Lace and embellishments can be delicate so try to prevent damage. Glitter - Do not get excessively wet or wear in wet conditions. Decoupage - Some of my designs are made using decoupage, this is the process of laying specialised paper onto the shoes and sealing, although these are sealed with a water resistant sealant, they should not be worn in wet weather. Please store items away from excessive environmental changes Care instructions for cloth items with vinyl imaging: • Hand wash in cold water only • These items are not machine washable

Delivery Issues & Damages

ALL orders are photographed prior to shipping for insurance reasons. Delays: Delivery times are estimated only, and are subject to delays with the shipping company. I understand this is frustrating, but beyond my control. Once a parcel is handed to the delivery company it is out of my control. Customs Hold Ups: Some items maybe held up at customs, this is unfortunate but can happen, please be patient. Damages: If your order arrives damaged in anyway you MUST contact me immediately, providing photographs of the damage AND the packaging. A replacement will then be provided. Missed Deliveries & Forced Returns: If you miss your delivery and your order is returned to me you will be required to cover the additional shipping costs
