When you purchase an image from Laurie Furnell Designs for the purpose of sublimation printing or use in Print on Demand products, you are not purchasing the artwork but a standard use license which allows you to use the image in the creation of tee shirts, cards, calendars, mugs, totes or any other product available for printing. These finished products may be sold on a small scale for personal and limited commercial use.

What is and is not allowed:

* Mass production is not permitted. No more than 200 uses per year.
* Digitizing the colored image for use as a machine embroidery/needlework pattern is not allowed.
* Copying, duplicating or sharing images are not permitted. The images are for your use only.
* If you are selling your creations...it must be on a small scale, limited to 200 uses per year. If you think you will exceed the limit, you must
purchase the images again to extend the license.
*Selling on Ebay, Zazzle, Cafe Express, and other print on demand options are allowed.
* Selling the design as a digital download or on a digital product is NOT allowed. Only tangible products are allowed.
* You may photograph your finished products made with Laurie Furnell Design images for marketing purposes.
