Confetti Push-Pop Instructions:
1. Remove plastic shrink wrap before use.
2. To fully maximize the "pop" of your confetti, hit the stick
upwards using the palm of your hand; similar to "serving a
volleyball."
(*Remember, these are manual push-pops, the more force you
give, the more pop you get.)
3. Have Fun!!
4. Don't forget! All our confetti push-pop containers are reusable, and food safe! So save them and re-fill, or use them for fun foods like desert pops!

- To initiate a return please contact us via Etsy within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization. (*We do not accept return requests made more than 7 days of order delivery)
- Returns are mailed back by the buyer at his/her own expense within 7 days of return authorization
- Returns must be received in the same NEW, UNOPENED/UNUSED condition that they were received to be eligible for a refund. (Items returned damaged, or no longer in a re-sellable condition are ineligible for refunds.)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving the returned merchandise and confirming it's original condition

- Items that have been used, damaged, or missing pieces
- Clearance/Final Sale Items
- Customized items (examples: custom color confetti balloons, poppers, any item with a custom label/text, etc.)

- Cash/Money-Filled Confetti Push-Pops

Due to health and safety concerns associated with the usage of the following products, we do not accept returns when the packaging has been opened, or safety seal broken:
- One-time use tableware (one-time use includes non-washable items such as paper plates, paper cups, and straws.)
- Latex Balloon packs and Latex Balloon Garland Kits (*with opened balloon bags/packaging)

- If your parcel was damaged in transit we will need to file a claim for reimbursement through the mail carrier in order to issue a refund
- If an item arrives damaged please send us a message within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged parcel as well as photos of the damaged item.
- Please do not discard the damaged shipping container, or use the damaged products prior to your request being processed. (The postal carrier may request we provide these items as proof for a reimbursement claim.)

- Balloons that pop due to improper inflation or outside factors are not considered damaged items. We do not refund popped balloons. Please inflate all balloons slowly and carefully, and consider all outside factors prior to usage.

- Due to mail carrier issues being beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders with mail carrier delays, or for missing mail and mail theft.
- If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, you will need to make a reimbursement claim with USPS and/or your insurance. (For mail theft you may also need to file a police report.)
- Claims can be filed with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
These reimbursement claims are made directly with USPS, however, we will assist you with any shipment documentation you may need.
- Priority Mail and Express 2-Day Mail shipments include insurance through USPS up to a $100 value . First Class Mail and Parcel Ground Mail do not include insurance coverage.

When filled to full capacity with high-quality helium, the following are industry standard float times:

LATEX:
- Standard size (11" / 12") average float time: 6-10 hours
- Confetti-filled (11" / 12") average float time: 4-8 hours
- Heart-shaped (11") average float time: 6-8 hours
- Large size (16" / 18") average float time: 12 - 24 hours
- Extra-large size (30" or 36") can float for 1-4 days

MYLAR FOIL:
Due to the many different styles of foil balloons, their float times can vary widely based on the size & shape
However, overall, foil balloons that are sized 18" or larger, can float between 3 to 30 days

* Please Note: these are maximum/average float times, due to the factors listed below, we cannot guarantee any float times for balloons.

Outside factors to consider that will influence a balloon's float time are:
- Helium quality/purity
- Inflation volume (under-filled vs. full capacity)
- Changes in temperature
- Weather, humidity, and elevation
- Exposure to direct sunlight, wind, heat, or cold
- Added weight (such as added confetti, balloon string, tails, etc)
