I’m passionate about creating custom artwork and offering personalization options for my paintings. You’re welcome to request changes to colors, textures, or other details — we’ll work closely together to create a piece that reflects your vision. During the process, I’ll share progress photos for your feedback, and before shipping I’ll send images of the finished artwork so any final adjustments can be made. Please note that all custom paintings are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you. Also I do not offer refunds for custom orders that are still in transit due to minor delivery delays. The standard delivery timeframe is 10–14 days, with possible delays of up to two weeks. Your satisfaction is always my priority ☺️

I provide over 100 size options for my paintings, but if you can't find the perfect fit for your interior, don't worry! Just reach out to me, and I'll be happy to create a custom-sized painting just for you. Your satisfaction is my priority! 😊

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you'd like gift wrapping for your order, just give me a heads-up, and I'll be happy to assist! I'll carefully wrap your painting in beautiful craft paper and tie it with a lovely bow, making it the perfect gift 🎁

Can I be sure that you'll create art similar to original?

Absolutely! I'll make sure to send you photos of your new painting before it's shipped out. This way, you'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the colors or any other aspects if needed. Your satisfaction is my top priority! 😉

What have I do if parcel delays?

Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays in the delivery process. But don't you worry, I'm here to assist you! In most cases, delayed paintings tend to arrive within the next two weeks. However, if your parcel takes an unusually long time to arrive, I'll gladly provide a refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to me! 😉

Customs and import taxes

Please note that as a buyer, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order in your country. In some countries, Etsy is obligated to collect taxes such as VAT on imported goods, which are then sent to tax authorities. Most customs charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country. The cost of the charges is based on: * the price and type of item * the package weight and dimensions, * the origin country the package is being shipped from * the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Any delays caused by customs procedures are beyond my control. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause 🙂

What if I didn't pick up the parcel from the post office and it was returned to you?

I will be happy to ship the item to you again as soon as it is returned to me, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipping. Alternatively, if you prefer, I can issue refund once the parcel is returned to me. Please keep in mind that in both cases, the shipping costs and all extra taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding 😉

I accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your new artwork, you can return it to me. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Ukraine. Etsy and bank commissions, any applicable taxes or fees that I've already paid, as well as the shipping cost from Ukraine to your country, which is already included in the product price, will also be deducted from the refund amount.
