Custom and personalized orders

Heartland Clocks can and has made many custom changes to clocks. Changes regarding stain color, type of wood, type of face, type of hardware, type of movement, personalized brass plaques, etc. Please convo Heartland Clocks if you wish to make these custom changes.

Clocks typically have a polyurethane or an oil finish. Clocks may be cleaned with any lint free cloth like a micro-fiber cloth. Any oil polish is suitable for cleaning, when needed. Do not allow any cleaning products to get onto the plexi-glass face, if so use an eyeglass cleaner.

Will I get a clock exactly as shown?

For in-stock Clocks, yes. The photos shown on Etsy are of the actual product. For custom orders, the clock will be very similar to the photograph, however wood grain characteristics, stain color, and hardware may change, but will be generally consistent with the photographs shown. If you are concerned about anything,please contact Heartland Clocks.

How can I track my order

Once we ship your parcel, we send you a tracking number and the shipping company.

- We do not allow cancellation of custom orders. - Cancellation of in-stock orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Etsy policies should be followed.

Handmade Walnut Ocean Wall Clock with Quartz movement.

This wall clock is made with select walnut and a hand rubbed Tung Oil finish. The numbers on the walnut face are hand painted including the painting of the hands using acrylic paints. The "ocean scene" is hand painted then epoxy coated with custom colored epoxy that gives additional uniqueness to each clock.

This clock features Heartland Clocks unique hand-carved woodburning floral design over the entire clock.

This wall clock is ready to hang and includes a "AA" battery.
