Processing Time- When My Order Will Be Shipped?

Our processing times range around 5 business days. We consolidate orders and send them with a private courier company to the States and from there, worldwide. ►►PLEASE add your phone number with your order in the 'note to seller' box for a smooth delivery process.

Shipping info- When will I receive my order?

►All orders are initially dispatched from India to the United States. From there, they will be shipped domestically or internationally. ►Customers within the US can anticipate receiving their orders within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. ► Customers outside of the US should expect delivery within about 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. ►Your order will be assigned different tracking numbers at various stages of its journey, including within India, upon departure from India, and upon arrival in the USA. We updated the Etsy system with the final tracking number. Shipping updates typically commence about 1-2 weeks after the package is dispatched. You are welcome to contact us if any clarification is needed.

►Available worldwide at checkout, for an extra charge of 29 USD. ►IMPORTANT: Please ensure to include your phone number in the 'note to seller' section when placing your order. This will facilitate communication with the courier company for smooth delivery. ►Your package will be sent with an express courier service (DHL or alike). ►The order should arrive in about 2 weeks from the date of purchase. (Customs hold-up not included).

Incorrect address / Unclaimed packages

► We strongly suggest double-checking your address before and after placing an order. Made an error? Contact us immediately! ► Addresses may not be changed once an order has been shipped! ► Packages that are lost in shipment due to an incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. ► Packages that are returned based on the incorrect address or that were unclaimed, will be shipped back for an additional fee or canceled- as per your request. ► To avoid unclaimed packages, PLEASE provide us with your phone number in the 'note to seller' box.

How can I Exchange / Return my item?

►► If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to contact us within 5 days of the item(s) arriving at you. ►► We would ask you to mail the piece back to us - within 14 days of delivery in its original condition. ►► Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping cost. ►► IMPORTANT Please write visibly and clearly on the package "Returned Item /Merchandise" ►► Exchanges: The piece must be shipped back to us and received before we ship the alternate piece. We can reserve your choices till then. ►► Refund: Once the piece has arrived back to us, we will gladly issue a full refund.

Package Recycling Information

If not reused, recycle our packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper from plastics. Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.

What about Extra Duties to the USA upon delivery?

We ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no hidden costs, no customs fees, no import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price — you won’t be charged anything extra when your package arrives. I make sure your order is delivered straight to your door, just like a regular domestic shipment. ✨ I know how frustrating unexpected charges can be, so I’ve taken care of everything in advance — you can shop with complete peace of mind.

What about import fees for EU orders?

We ship all EU orders through Etsy's IOSS system, so VAT is already paid at checkout. From July 2026, the European Union will introduce a temporary €3 import fee for low-value shipments arriving from outside the EU. For most AmorArt orders, this means a single €3 fee per shipment, even if you purchase multiple necklaces, as long as they fall under the same customs category. If applicable, this fee is collected by your local postal service before delivery. There are no additional VAT charges or unexpected customs taxes beyond this new EU import fee.
