What do I do if my package was delivered but taken off my porch before I retrieved it?

If USPS shows delivered, please start with your local postal worker to see if they hid it anywhere for your protection. If item shows delivered, it is no longer in our hands. We do offer a signature add on so that you can sign for your package for the extra protection and peace of mind.
