If you would like to see a proof of your blanket before we print it, please send a request. I am happy to provide this, however it may delay the production process. We will not be able to process your item until you have replied with approval if a proof is requested.

Q&A

1. What is the best way to wash these blankets?

We recommend washing your item/s before use.
Machine wash cold
tumble dry low heat
DO NOT BLEACH
Wash colors separately

2. What size do you recommend?

While each person has their own idea of what size is perfect, I recommend the following dependent on occasion and size.

• 30x40 Minky- perfect for newborns and up to 2 years old.
• 40x50 Minky- great for newborns and small children. Can be used for older children and adults but will become a lap blanket at that point. Also works well in a crib.
• 50x60 Minky- Will be big for a newborn. Good to lay them on for photos or during a picnic. Good for any age past 1. Minky is a lighter blanket than Sherpa, but both are very soft.
• 50x60 Sherpa- Same as the 50x60 minky, but provides more warmth. Also, more cushion if used for picnicking or laying on top of the blanket. Good for a twin-size bed. Has a cream back.
• 60x80 Minky- Good for older children and adults. Can work on a full/queen size bed.
• 60x80 Sherpa- Good for older children and adults. Has a brown whipstitch and backing. A heavier blanket.

3. What is Minky?

Minky is a special type of plush fabric that is 100% polyester and is often used to make baby blankets, baby clothing and baby accessories. Minky fabric is like fleece – but softer and thicker.

4. What is Sherpa?

Our sherpa blankets are topped with a 100% polyester micro-mink. The back of the blanket will have sherpa. This material resembles sheeps wool. It is super soft and makes for a heavier blanket. Our 50x60 sherpa will have a cream backing. Our 60x80 sherpa will have a brown whip stitching that shows on the front and brown backing.
5. What is your production time?

Our production time is between 1 to 5 business days. This does not include weekends. Production time is how long it takes us to finish your order and take it to the post office. This does NOT include shipping time. I do not have any control over how long it takes after shipped.
Priority Mail is an option to get your item to you faster, but this does NOT affect production time. This time is only reflected in the shipping.

6. I requested a different address, but it is still the same. Why?

I do go through and change any address that I have gotten a message to change. Etsy does not change the original address in the system when they notify you that the item has shipped.

7. Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I love making new designs. If you don’t see what you are looking for, send me a message and I will make something special for you.
I cannot do copyrighted items such as sports teams, T.V./movie characters, etc.

8. What shipping method do you use?

We utilize USPS for all of our shipping.

9. What materials are these blankets made of?

We use 100% polyester to make our blankets.

10. How are these blankets made?

We use a process called dye-sublimation which dyes the ink vapors into the 100% polyester pre-made blankets to make the design last a lifetime.

11. Can you use other materials to make these blankets?

No. 100% polyester is the only material that will hold the vapors that make these blankets last.

12. Do you do gift messages?

Yes. You can leave your gift message in the notes of your order or message me and I will make sure to add it to your order.

13. Do you do gift wrapping?

No. I do not keep inventory to do special wrapping when requested.

14. What will the packaging look like?

We pack our blankets in a clear poly mailer bag to keep your blanket safe as it travels and cover it in another poly mailer (usually white but may be another color or patterned).
