How are cases printed?

The first step for every phone case order is approving the graphics—if the graphics match our guidelines, the order is sent to print. Before printing, a trained operator makes sure the printer doesn’t have any lint or dust. A white under base and colored topcoat are then printed simultaneously using UV printing technology. Once the cases are complete, they’re packaged in poly bubble padded mailers and shipped out. UV printing essentially dries ink through a photochemical reaction. High-intensity ultraviolet lights are used to cure inks, turning them from liquid to solid. UV printing is commonly used to print on materials such as plastic, wood, and metal.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. ● Ask your local post office if they have your package. ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line via Etsy conversation.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please send us a message via Etsy conversation within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return / refunds / exchange policy?

We accept claims about all orders no later than 30 days after you've received the package. Claims after that would not qualify for a refund or a reshipment. We don't accept returns and exchanges for custom or personalized orders. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong/damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos and we’ll sort that out for you.

#2 PHOTO SELECTION GUIDELINES

Be sure to check the guidelines when choosing your photo. A photo that doesn’t match our guidelines might not turn out the way you want. These are our phone case guidelines:

1. Submit PNG or JPEG files with at least 300 DPI
2. Remember the camera and logo placement of your phone - Keep the placement of the case’s camera hole in mind when you choose your photo. And if you've ordered a case that doesn’t have a background color, consider where the phone’s logo or text will appear.
3. Consider the photo ratio of the product you wish to order.

GOOD PHOTOS

1. High resolution, high definition and clear photos
2. Photos with moderate brightness and tone

BAD PHOTOS

1. Low resolution and low quality
2. The overall tone is too bright or dark
3. Out of focus photos
4. The overall tone is not normal due to excessive filters, corrections, lighting, etc.
5. Captured image or picture with an adjusted resolution during transmission
