Can I Return An Order / Who Pays for the Shipping?

If you change your mind or no longer need an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We accept returns on eligible items in their original, unused condition for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Non-returnable items include: Handmade jewelry (all pieces are custom made to fit you) Twine, cord, or trim that has been opened, cut, used, or unraveled Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges or trades—returns are for refund only.

Received Wrong or Broken item

We sincerely apologize if your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product due to human error. To help us correct the issue quickly, please upload a photo clearly showing what you received and let me know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. If you’re unable to upload a photo, I can provide a prepaid return label for you to print. Once the item is returned, I will inspect it. If the product is confirmed to be faulty as described, you will receive a full refund. If the item is not found to be defective, a refund will be issued for the product only, minus the return shipping cost. We’re always happy to help—just send a message and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Natural Fiber products

We strive to represent our products accurately; however, the items you receive may vary slightly from the photos in color, thickness, length, or texture due to natural variations between batches. Tie knots, color variations, natural flaws, and small fibers are normal characteristics of hemp and are not considered defects. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for natural fiber products unless they are returned in the same condition as received. Items that have been cut, used, unraveled, or have damaged packaging cannot be accepted for return. If you are unsure which product is best for your project, please contact us before purchasing.

All beads in our shop are listed as accurately as possible in millimeters, but please note that all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. Bone beads are hand-carved, and shells are from the ocean so variations in size and color between strands and batches are normal. We can only offer a replacement or refund if the item is significantly not as described (for example, a 16mm bead listed in the description is received as 10mm, or you ordered red and received green). We do not issue refunds for minor size differences, or if a bead does not fit your cord as expected. Customers are responsible for calculating measurements and selecting the correct bead size for their projects.

Hemp Jewelry Handmade To Order / Not Returnable

Please measure around your wrist, ankle, or neck to the desired length of the jewelry and provide the measurement in inches. The length you give will determine the macramé portion only, not including the clasp. Example: If you order a 9-inch anklet, the macramé section from end knot to end knot will measure 9 inches. The clasp allows for some adjustment longer but not shorter. If you are unsure how to measure or which size to choose, please contact me before ordering. Once jewelry is made to your specifications and cut to length, it cannot be altered, so I cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Communication & Purchase Acknowledgement Policy

I ask that all communication remain respectful. I put care into accurately describing and photographing each item. I do not replace or refund items due to missed details in the description. Colors are represented faithfully, but screen differences and natural variations in merchandise do occur. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small woman owned business.
