We have tried our best to include a great amount of information within the listing images, item descriptions, FAQ section and your post order note regarding sizing suggestions, turnaround times, upgrading to rush shipping, etc. If you need a quick answer, please check there before sending a message. If you still have questions, we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Because everything is made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges. Please be sure to read all listing item descriptions and measurements.

Reports of issues or damages must be sent within 48 hours of delivery confirmation along with photos of the item. We will address any issues on an individual basis. Replacement will be shipped via the org shipping method.

If personalization info such as color or font is missing, we will complete the order using our default selection.

We focus on creating and getting orders shipped as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not send proofs of designs and/or colors before production, or send pictures of finished products prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding!

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

We will use the shipping address you include at checkout. Once you have checked out, we can not guarantee a change of address. We will do our best to honor these requests, but we are not responsible if the items ships to the original address you included at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible to reship the item if you do not have the correct shipping address entered.

Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, are not eligible for refund
