Shipping/Processing vs Transit Time

Shipping/Processing starts from the time of your order till the order is marked shipped. Transit time does not start until USPS scans the package, unfortunately that may be 24-48 hours after I have make an item shipped. I have no control over the package transit time once my USPS guy picks it up. If you need something by a certain date and unsure of what type of shipping to choose, just send me a message. I promise we can figure it out.

Custom and personalized orders

If you see an Upcycled item you like but not exactly (color, shape, size, theme, artist) your looking for....send me a message. I can probably make it for you. I LOVE custom orders! Remember custom orders take more time and might cost more, so make sure to ask for a custom listing.

All the items on this site are vintage and used (unless stated new)....so they are not perfect. Vinyl records are not played, they are graded based on visual inspection only. I do not professionally clean Vinyl Records, so please clean before playing. If you damage during cleaning please do not ask for a refund.

Additional Return/Exhange Policy

Contact me as soon as you unwrap your item if there is a problem. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. For any damage I require pictures. If your item is not as descried, I require pictures. Most of my items are the only one I have so I can't replace. I do not refund shipping unless I file a claim with USPS for damage during shipment. If you decide to return item for full refund, you pay shipping. I will only refund original shipping cost, not shipping and handling. Handling is normal $1.50 an item.
