What is the difference between PIXELS & FILM GRAIN?

-Film grain is a tangible aspect of film, it's literally the tiny bits that make up the film. Think of it like sand that makes up glass. Tiny grains of sand make a sheet of glass, just like tiny grains of film make up the whole negative. -Pixels are a digital fabrication that represent space on a digital screen emitting light in patterns to represent images. Pixels can be blown up for large print but sometimes the translation is too big and it stretches the digital pixels across the paper- making the print look pixelated. Film grain cannot be stretched, it only becomes more visible if you print larger. Some of my film images from dark rainy days will show tiny grains when blown up, like little bits of sand - it's kinda magical to see.

When will my POSTER order arrive?

The posters are often made-to-order and can take a bit longer to arrive than 'prints'. They come from a different print house which is often a longer qeue. Your poster order will arrive anywhere from 6-14 days from the order date. Unless it is randomly something I have in my limited stock at the moment. Please feel free to ask and thank you for your patience with shipping times!

Some of my print sizes have white borders- other do not: 5x7- white border 8x8 / 10x0 / 14x11 / 11x14 - NO border 12x12 / 12x16 / 16x12 - White border 16x16 / 16x20 / 20x16 - NO border *Prints larger than 16x16 have NO border* POSTERS - WHITE BORDER

What should I do if my item(s) arrives DAMAGED?

- If your item(s) arrive DAMAGED please send photos of the item(s) and packaging to the seller for assessment. - Photos are needed for the seller to deal with USPS claims. - If you want replacement items you may be asked to send back damaged items depending on the condition. - You may be asked to take your damaged packaging and item(s) into your local branch USPS because they've been a lot stricter about refunds for damaged items lately. - OR >>> If you just want your money back please make a claim with your tracking number via USPS to get a refund check.

Does Your Shop Accept RETURNS?

NO. Because I have over 400 images most of the prints ordered are custom made upon order. Posters and prints in most sizes are not on-hand, they are printed when ordered. Another reason is because 90% of returns in the past have arrived damaged due to improper handling or packaging. What should I do if my package is STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED?

MISSING & MISDELIVERED PACKAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF • USPS • - All packages are insured for this reason, so if something goes missing a claim for refund can be made via USPS with the tracking number. - STOLEN packages are not covered by the seller- assuming the recipient address correct. • Architectural Poster Prints are 3x4' / 36x48' - they are made from a special drafting paper- an affordable way to print HUGE prints. The other smaller sizes of prints listed are made with thicker art paper- all papers are fine matte and printed with the highest quality inks.

Large prints ship rolled in a tube within 1-2 business days, unless they are marked "made-to-order" in which case they will ship within 4-6 days after printing is complete. Several large prints are only available as "made-to-order" due to the cost of printing- thank you for your patience! Please get in touch if you have any questions!

The photography is *beautiful* and the colors and size were exactly what I was looking for in our primary bedroom. I only wish the poster paper was a bit thicker. I will definitely be back for more photos, but I think I’ll stick to other paper and printing options rather than poster. Just my personal preference. It still looks great!

What is the difference between POSTERS & PRINTS? My POSTERS are printed on an architectural drafting paper, and affordable way to print huge! The PRINTS, as listed, are made with a thicker mat photo paper. Either can be framed with glass frames by buyers- you can select to purchase posters solo or with rails.
