The Sierra Mandala Vest is a flattering, feminine vest with a classic 70's vibe.

It features an openwork spiderweb back, a flutter hem, and a lace up front. This style of vest is very stretchy, so the sizing is very forgiving. Please note that the Sierra Sweater is the same piece, just with sleeves added! You can buy the Sierra Sweater pattern and make this vest by just not adding sleeves

Difficulty: intermediate / advanced (this is not a photo tutorial - you must be adept at reading patterns)

Materials:
3 skeins of Ice Yarns Rainbow (100% acrylic / 3.5 oz / 262 yards) (or another size 3 / DK weight yarn)
4.25 mm hook (for size S/M)
5 mm hook (for size L/XL)

Stitches Used: ch st, sl st, sc, dc

The Sierra Mandala Vest comes in 2 sizes: S/M and L/XL. The size is determined by the gauge of the project and the size hook that is used.

Not very beginner friendly. I put 4 stars because the seller answered my questions the best she could for me. I just couldn't finish it, the pattern was way harder than I thought it'd be and it turned out way bigger than I thought so I couldn't use it after I finished it 😅 not the sellers fault, maybe it said somewhere that it was intermediate and I'm just a beginner.
