Candle Care Instructions

-Trim the wick to 5 mm ahead of each burn to create a clean, even burn. -Burn your candle until the melt pool reaches the edges of the tin (approx. 2-4 hours) upon first burn, this ensures the candle will melt evenly and produce the most scent. -Do not burn for longer than 4 hours. If the flame becomes too high or is flickering repeatedly, please extinguish, allow to cool and trim your wick before relighting -Avoid placing your candle by drafts or open windows as this will affect the flame and scent -When only 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom discontinue use. -To make the most of your candle the left over wax can be reused in a wax burner. -Keep out of reach of children, pets and flammable items! -Never leave a lit candle unattended!

Can I send an item as a gift to someone?

Yes, absolutely. We can send you order straight to the recipient. Just leave us your gift note if you like to include one. And remember to add their address as shipping address. For a special touch, tick the gift wrapping box too at checkout.

When should I expect my parcel to arrive?

Normally orders can be expected 1-3 working days from the dispatch date. If you do need your order urgently, please select the Express Delivery option at check out.

We use eco-friendly plastic free, recylable cardboard boxes, lined with acid free tissue paper or kraft paper, then securely filled with eco wood wool or shredded paper and sealed with paper tape. As a small business, we try our best to stay sustainable and eco-friendly to minimise the environmental impact.

Custom and personalised orders

We can customise and personalise the labels, please give me enough notice to customise and process the order. Send me your contact details and any art work designs or ideas you have for the labels.

Body butter Care Instructions

The body butter is purely made of natural oils & butters, and whipped to achieve this consistency. Make sure to keep it in a cool dark place as its likely to soften/melt at high temperatures. However I can assure that this does not affect it's properties. Simply place it in the refrigerator for half an hour and you are good to go.

Every order is presented to make a perfect gift either for yourself or for your loved one. We also have the option to add a personalised note to every item. Just type your message into the personalisation box and we will add it to the note.
