Once complete (within 48-72 hours of purchase), a proof of your personalised design will be sent to your Etsy messages for you to review. I prefer to receive approval of the proof prior to sending the digital files.

Once you give me the thumbs up, the link to retrieve your design will be sent to your email and will also be available to download directly from your Etsy Account by going to "Your Account" or "You" at the top right-hand corner of your Etsy screen. Then by clicking "Purchases and Reviews,"
finding the purchased items, and clicking the "Download File" button beside them.
