My order got damaged/never arrived. What do I do?

Custom and personalised orders

If you’d like to have a custom Sticker Pack or Print Design just send me a message and I’ll see what i can do!

I do not accept any exchanges and I won’t do any refunds after the order went through (except for when the item is damaged of course). So please read the Description carefully so that you don’t purchase something you don’t want!

I only accept cancellations for a short time after the order went through and before you get a shipping notification.

All Logos are squared, the letters of the name/word form the lines. If a letter appears more than once, it will only be used one time in the logo. Please see the example pictures for a general idea! That’s how your finished product is going to look like.

Please include the NAME/WORD in the order under personalization :) Every Name/Word counts as one Order, so if you want to have your first and last name please purchase two times (Unless you want it all in one Square).
