When you're ordering your stationery, you will be prompted to choose your stationery colors and enter the details you would like printed. If you have any special requests or would like to request changes to colors, fonts etc. you can enter additional requests in the personalization box. You can also add an extra note in the "notes to seller" section.

Proofs are not sent (except for business / logo stationery) but if you would like to see a proof before printing, just let me know and I'd be happy to send one via Etsy message. Please note, this may increase the handling time on your order.

Absolutely. You can use any of the fonts that you see on any listings in the shop or if you have a particular font you'd like me to use, just send me a message and I can let you know if I have it available for use.

Yes envelope printing is available for an additional fee. You will be asked to choose your envelope color and style (blank or printed) when personalizing your order. You will also be asked to select the ink color for envelope printing. The return address is printed in a standard, easy to read font. See product images for sample return address.

If you order 1 set of 10 note cards, it will be packaged in a clear cello bag with a branded sticker on the front. If you order multiple sets of the same design, they will be combined and packaged in a clear lidded box. Notepads are packaged in a clear cello bag with a branded sticker.

Most orders are ready to ship in 2-3 business days. We update our production & shipping schedules regularly so check the current handling times on the listing. Most orders ship USPS, we do also use UPS and Fedex.

A Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available to purchase for an additional fee. This does not get your order made any quicker - production times are still as stated on each listing - but when your order is ready to ship, it will go Priority.

If you receive your order and the personalization or colors are not what you expected, please let us know right away and we will review the issue and provide a solution which may be a replacement order or a partial/full refund. If it's found to be a customer error (e.g. mis-spelling of a name on the order), we are not responsible. However, we will try to work with you to come to a satisfactory solution. We encourage you to check all information entered carefully before submitting the order.
