Our products are natural and minimally processed. Average shelf life varies from 6 - 9 months. Please keep your new goodies out of heat, direct sunlight and humidity to extend shelf life. During hot weather it's advised to refrigerate any balms, creams or salves for 15 minutes prior to use. The ingredients have a naturally low melting point and may need to "firm up." In cold weather, products may be a firmer consistency. Simply warm in your hand before application.

Skin Sensitivities and Allergens

With any new product it's always best to spot test 24-hours prior to application. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to product. It is the customer's responsibility to test for skin sensitivities prior to use. Spot Test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1 inch of the inner forearm. After 24 hours if no reaction has occurred, proceed! Some items do contain Fragrance Oils because the origin does not produce essential oil. All US orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information is available in your Etsy Purchases and also emailed to you on the shipment date.
