Mugs are wrapped with biodegradable cellophane, complete with a rustic hand-tied twine bow, festive [recycled] crinkle paper, and beautiful [recyclable] custom packaging.

All orders include the option to include a personalized gift message to the recipient and all shipments contain no financial information or receipts. All mugs are shipped fully-covered with bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival to their destination.

Each mug is made to order. *Each mug or set requires a minimum of three and up to 5 business days to ship, depending on quantity. Bulk orders may require more time.

Holiday Processing time: 6-8 business days (11/15 to 01/05)

To determine your ship date: please count the max business (m-f) days from your purchase date. Your mug will ship on this day or 1-3 days before this date. Large orders may require several additional days of processing.

Rush processing is available. Please add "rush my order" to cart. Shipping-only upgrades are available as well.

Processing for bulk orders requires an additional 3-5 day processing time.

Due to the rustic nature of camp mugs, you may see tiny imperfections such as small bumps & bubbles. These variations in the coating add unique character :)

DAMAGE: In the rare event that your mug arrives very damaged, please contact me within 4 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Once verified, we'll send a new mug. Submissions after 4 business days are required to repurchase the item.

DIFFERENT: A human is creating these mugs (woo!) in the rare chance that a mistake on the design is made, please contact me asap to rectify the issue!

Personalizations that are longer than the example text must be confirmed or the location of the text is subject to change to fit your request. please contact KamprCo if you are unsure.

KamprCo guarantees that all orders ship within 1 business day of the stated processing times unless otherwise discussed.
KamprCo is *not responsible for orders that arrive later than expected due to shipping*; refunds or exchanges are not given the carrier delays cause an item to arrive later than hoped - shop early.

Shipping carrier times are out of our control and shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please shop early, if possible.
