All items are shipped through United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped to the address you request upon time of checkout. Please, change your “Ship to” address at this time. All customers will receive an email when you order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided in that email.

All items are custom made to order by us, therefore items will ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders can take longer. In the event that you need something changed on your order, changes to your purchase (shipping, size, etc.) needs to be emailed to us within 2 hours of purchase in order to be accounted for.

If RUSH shipping is needed please contact us prior to ordering so that we can ensure expected delivery. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a specific deadline you need your item by and we will verify the shipment time.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS - Shipping usually takes 2-4 BUSINESS days from time of being dropped off at the post office to arrive anywhere in the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International orders delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping overseas through customs can delay your packages up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Sometimes your country will charge a customs fee. We are not responsible for any additional delays or taxes or customs charges that may be incurred do to this.

All sales are final. Items are handmade specifically for each order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will accept returns or exchanges for orders that are incorrect because of an error on our part. Please contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your package to let us know if anything is incorrect!

If your order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), you must contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund.

Orders must be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. We will not cancel an order due to the order not arriving in time for your event unless we are the reason for the delay. Buyer is responsible for reading all the details and asking questions prior to purchasing.

For the most accurate ordering, please compare your body measurements with the size charts on each garment page prior to placing an order. If you have ANY questions at all about sizing, please message me before purchasing, and I will try to help you out as best as I can.
