Strong fish or animal pee odor! What an embarrassing moment to open it in front of other people! And a health hazard. (another customer had the same issue on May 9- I didn’t see!). I contacted the seller immediately to return, she first told me it was a preserving solution smell, and to air it and use febreze or perfume if that doesn’t help. Air did not help. She wanted me to pay for shipping both ways, called it custom order” because it was glued on thin ribbon instead of thread. It was offered in the description. I offered to ship it to Etsy instead to prove that it stinks, but Etsy just refunded itself, without her. I didn’t care about money that much, but was so upset about whole situation and seller’s attitude. Now that she has lots of 5stars she feels it’s ok to treat customers like this.
