PLEASE NOTE: These time frames are ESTIMATES ONLY, based on Royal Mail's delivery estimates. We cannot account for delays including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, customs and import delays, and general delays within the postal services.

Please be aware that I am based in the UK and so due to time zone differences I may not always be able to respond promptly. For commonly asked questions such as shipping times, custom orders, charity donations etc please refer to our Shop Policies and FAQs. For all other inquiries, I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.

Our personalised necklaces are made to order therefore 4-6 weeks is required for production and shipping. This period of time can be prolonged due unforeseen circumstances, public holidays and disruptions. We will always endeavour to ship your item/s to you as soon as possible once the production process is complete.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Nonetheless, I pride myself in processing orders as soon as possible

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

I don't accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All orders that are sent through standard shipping, do not include reference numbers. If your item is lost, I will not be responsible for this and you will not get a refund.

I kindly advise you to choose the signed and tracked shipping method at checkout, especially for international orders. Once I’ve posted your order, the reference number to track your package will be provided, and you will get a refund if your item is lost.

- Standard International delivery (Dispatch within 2 working days + not tracked or signed) - £5.00
- Signed & Tracked International delivery (Dispatch within 1 day + Signed & tracked) - £10.00

For express shipping, packages will be dispatched within 1 working day or the same day if order has been placed before 12am (Monday - Saturday only)
