As an artist and father I wanted something to make it easy to encourage them to read. We all know the importance of reading habits, but as parents we also don’t have a lot of time. By taking some time to establish strong reading habits you will find it might take some work in the beginning but gets easier quickly. That is why I took so much time creating the art and design of my reading trackers!

I wanted my kids to WANT to spend time reading, even when they didn’t feel like it. After a short period of time my kids just loved reading. The habits help build fluency which helps make reading more fun!

WHY THESE READING TRACKERS WORK SO WELL:

According to Atomic Habits, the four laws of behavior change are:
•Step 1: Make it obvious.
•Step 2: Make it attractive.
•Step 3: Make it easy.
•Step 4: Make it satisfying.

👉 Since using these reading rewards my children no longer need any encouragement to read. The hardest part for me is finding enough good books for them because they finish books and the whole book series of books.

By using these reading trackers you fill find:
•You don’t have to constantly ask your child to read.
•They will be opening books on their own and reading.
•You’ll have more time and less stress.
•Strong reading habits can help benefit your child’s future success in life!
