Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love to do custom orders. In fact every single item in our shop can be customized and lot of the items that are listed started off as custom orders. Tell us in detail about your idea and we will give you a precise quote.

What can be customized and/or personalized?

Basically anything from dimensions to the size and shape of the stones to the type of finish. Some customization won't cost extra and some will so make sure you contact us about the customization you have in mind. If there is room on the metal we offer both laser engraving as well as hand engraving. You can pick your own custom fonts to choose one from google fonts or adobe fonts. Example of a customization in an engagement: Change the width and height 2.5mm and 1.8mm tall. Change the center stone size and shape from 1ct round diamond to 3ct elongated cushion cut. Change the finish from high polish to brushed finish. Change the prongs from claw to round prongs. Add text on the inside of the ring in your favorite font.

What is the custom order process like?

After you describe in detail your idea we will give you a precise quote. If you are interested in moving forward we will then set up your order to purchase. After the purchase the custom design process official starts. We will send you detailed sketches and rendering videos that we can iterate on. There are no limits on the number of iterations. After you are satisfied and you give the green light we will proceed with manufacturing. After the ring is manufactured we will send you a video of the final finished piece before we ship it out.

Do you offer natural diamonds as center stone in engagement rings?

Yes absolutely. We don't list natural diamond variations in the listings as there are too many variations usually in the hundreds with various price points. But we can source and hand pick a natural diamond that fits your budget. All center stone natural diamonds will come with a GIA certificate and we will send you a video of the diamond both a 360 video as well as hand examined video. We go beyond your typical specs to examine the diamond especially the non round diamonds (AKA fancy shape diamonds) which GIA doesn't officially grade the cut (GIA only grade cut for round diamonds).

Are the diamonds certified?

All large diamonds, such as those in the center stone for engagement rings, come certified with GIA/IGI/GCAL certificate. Natural diamonds come with GIA. Lab-grown diamonds come with mostly IGI but also GIA and GCAL. All 8x diamonds (most premium 5% of top diamonds) come with GCAL certification. Eternity and anniversary rings come with Certificate of Authenticity (COA) where we specify the authenticity and detailed specs of your ring.

Can you get hearts and arrow cut diamonds?

Yes! We can get you H&A cut in both natural and lab-grown. Large diamonds as well as melee diamonds (i.e. small diamonds). Contact us for a detailed quote.

What is your cancellation and return policy

All non custom pieces have a 14 day return policy. Custom orders are not refundable. Since most items in the shop are made to order we don't accept cancellations. If you really have to cancel there will be a 15% cancellation fee and restocking fee.

What is your warranty?

All rings have free cleaning, inspection and polishing service once a year for 3 years. For rings with accents stones, we offer stone replacement for first 2 years. After that we will offer to replace it for a minimal fee. Repairs are done on a case by case basis for a modest fee. We are here to take care of your jewelry after the purchase!
