Custom and personalized orders

We do following personalization/customization: 🌷Adding monogram, name or personalized text to the ready-made painting: up to 30 characters for the miniature and up to 50 - regular size painting. 🌷Creating made-to-order painting which resembles a picture or photograph provided by you. 🌷Creating made-to-order sketch of the future painting based on your requests. To personalize a ready-made painting, please specify needed changes (monogram, etc) in the comments when placing an order and also select the font type based on the item's pictures.

Oil paint is sensitive to the direct sunlight and camera flashlights. That means that prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will cause fading of the painting colors or might result in spoiling the paint and darkening. Be aware of it when choosing a location for your painting: place it away from direct sun and avoid taking photographs with flashlight. Oil paint dries by oxidation thus it take a year or even longer for it to dry completely. Until then it is easy to cause physical damage to the painting. Please don't place any objects on top of the painting and don't apply pressure to the paint. The painting cannot be varnished during the first year after its creation. Each painting is dated; in addition you can consult me (us) about this.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box. A tracking number will be sent to you. We can wrap your order in gift paper. Just choose this option before buying.

I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below: 1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process. 2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. 3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue." 4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."

What is delivery time? 📦

Processing time for orders is 1-3 working days. We send paintings via express shipping company. Delivery usually takes about 10-25 business days. Please note that shipping time is counted from the moment the artist finishes drawing your painting. 😉 Before the holidays, there may be some delays due to mail congestion. I very carefully track the entire path of each of my parcels and will inform you when the parcel crosses the border and arrives in your state. If there are any delays on the way, I issue an application for the search of the painting to speed up the passage of the stages. I have everything under strict control.

If your items didn't arrive within 60 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package recognized lost , 100% refund is guaranteed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale).

I (I am the Seller) pay my taxes on the sale of goods and pay the postage / free shipping for Buyer. Buyer pays their import fees and customs duties at their country's tariffs. For EU countries and GB the import tax may be different, please inquire before purchasing.
