How do I clean 3D printed products?

Because of the material, 3D printed products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning with a mild soap, warm water, and a non abrasive sponge to keep your products safe and clean.

What are 3D printed products?

Our 3D printed products are made of PLA and ABS, which are forms of plastic that are melted and printed layer by layer from the ground up to create the products you see in our shop.

For all orders, you will receive a shipping email with tracking. Once your order has shipped and is in the USPS system, you will be able to see updates and check the status of your order through the USPS tracking system. After your order shows "In Transit", please allow at least 7-14 days for your order to arrive. If you order does not arrive within that time, please send us a message. After your order is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer in control of your item and cannot guarantee estimated shipping times. Should you have questions or concerns regarding your order, don't hesitate to reach out!

My item(s) arrived broken/damaged. What do I do?

With the nature of shipping and the USPS system, items can arrive broken or damaged. Please send us a message with a photo of your broken/damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action. You may be eligible for a replacement, which we will send to you free of charge. Note: None of our products come with a warranty. We do NOT offer replacements for products broken or damaged AFTER use.

I'm interested in a custom item. How can I reach out to you?

We love working on custom orders! If you have an idea or are interested in a custom product, send us a message and let's chat.

My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

Here are 2 possible reasons: 1. USPS may have scanned your package prematurely. Please recheck tracking information. If tracking still shows as "Delivered" & you have not received it, please wait the full 14 days after your package has shipped before contacting us. USPS may deliver the package after scanning. 2. You may have provided an incorrect shipping address. Please verify the address on your order confirmation matches your mailing address. If the provided address is incorrect & your order shows as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for your order as it has been delivered to the address you provided. We will not resend your order to the new address. You are responsible for placing a new order & providing a correct address.

What do I do if I believe my package was lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen you can file a lost or stolen mail report with USPS.

The item I received is not what I expected. What do I do?

If any item(s) received are not what you expected, please contact us. We do our best to ensure order accuracy before shipping, but we are a 2 person team and mistakes sometimes happen! If there was a mistake on our end, we'll reprint the correct item(s) and ship a replacement free of charge. However, if the item(s) received accurately reflects the item(s) ordered, please note we do not offer returns or exchanges.

I have my own 3D printer. Will you sell your design files to me?

We do not offer our design files for sale or distribution. All models are original creations by our Chief Engineer, and keeping the digital files in-house helps us maintain quality control and protect our work. All products listed in our shop are available only as completed physical prints.

Great tray for spillage for dip powder and could also be used as a little jewelry tray. Super customer service. I'd made two orders, messaged them and they combined the two items into one package and included a gift. Quickly shipped as well.
