Use of Carpet Tapes Will Cause Permanent Damage Even Peeling Away the Rubber Backing
Not Suitable for COMMERCIAL USE
CARPET OVER CARPET Application is not RECOMMENDED (Carpet over carpet applications prevent the benefits of rubber backing and will cause buckling and bunching up your runner rug)

CARE -EFFORTLESS VACUUMING
Routine vacuuming is recommended in preventing dust and dirt particles from settling in your rug.
Rotating your runner regularly helps distribute long term wear and fading evenly
Switch off the brush roll rotation/Beater Bar
Machine Washable Cold/Cold/ Delicate Cycle | DO NOT USE DRYER, LAY FLAT OR HANG TO AIR DRY ONLY (Dryers will cause the latex rubber back to lose its resistance properties and your runner rugs to become staticky and cling to socks or any other synthetic fabrics).
Normal traffic causes the pile of carpet to flatten slightly, resulting in a shaded effect, especially in plush carpet. Vacuuming the pile in the same direction can temporarily correct this situation.
Shading is an inherent characteristic of all plush /cut-pile runner rugs and IS NOT
CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
Pile crush occurs when furniture or any heavy object on a runner rug for an extended period. In majority of the cases, pile crush can be fixed by rubbing the area with a hand brush or moistening the area with a steamer.
Sprouting is normal and will not be considered as defect since some loops, over time, may come loose and cutting the loop level with the surface of the pile fixes the issue easily.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Rolled up and well packaged to minimize wrinkles and creases

Alternatively, flatten your rug, you could use heavy books, upturned furniture, or mattresses to push back on the fibers
