I like matte cardstock best for printing as it most closely resembles the look and texture of watercolour paper. Matte photopaper would be good too, but I would think carefully about anything extra glossy as it can be quite reflective (especially if framed) and looks less like an original painting. It is a matter of personal taste however and can depend on the lighting in the room!
