Do you offer custom sizing? Absolutely. You should leave a note at checkout with your desired length, or contact me if you have questions. You can specify the size of the shoulder strap of the bag, the size of the top and the girth (finger, arm, neck) for jewelry.

How should I care for my jewelry? I make my pieces with the utmost care, and quality of constriction is a top priority; however, most of the jewelry in my shop is delicate! Please remove your jewelry before bathing, sleeping, or vigorous activity.

Do you offer gift packaging? Yes. All items are sent in a gift boxes. With every order you''ll get a seed bead&stones jewelry (neacklace or bracelet or earrings). Also with order you'll get a personalized postcard with a message from the product (how to care for it).

Custom and personalized orders

Will I receive the exact item pictured? No - the piece pictured is a sample. Because of the nature of both real gemstones and handcrafted goods, your piece might vary ever so slightly from what is pictured. It is guaranteed, however, to be just as lovely. As for the handbags and tops and wallets yes, you will receive the same product as in the photo (although they are much more beautiful live :)) If you want to add a lining to the bag in a specific color, or from a specific fabric, write me about it before ordering and we will solve this issue.
