Are OakandAutumnCo beanies washer/dryer safe?

YES! I know life is busy. All my beanies are washer and dryer safe. All you need to do is remove your pompom, (either unsnap the pom, or unloop it from the button on the inside) turn it inside out, and wash it in cold water. Dry on delicate/normal. Try to avoid high heats.

How do I remove/reattach the pompom?

Each beanie that comes with a pompom, with either a snap, or a loop pompom. For snap pompoms, simply unsnap your pom from the metal piece that is sewn onto your beanie. To reattach the snap poms, just press them back on to the metal piece, making sure to line up the male and female parts. For loop pompoms, you will find two white strings on the inside of your beanie, simply use them to pull the loop from around the button. Pull the pompom away from the top of the beanie from the outside. To reattach the loop and button pompoms, you can use a bobbypin to loop the strings and carefully maneuver the bobby pin and the strings through the center of the top of the beanie. From inside, use the strings to pull the loop around the button.

What kind of shipping is provided with the 35 and free shipping?

I do offer free shipping on ALL orders over 35 dollars. The shipping method used is USPS first class which is usually a 2-6 day delivery time. Even you select to upgrade shipping, you will still be getting the first class shipping.

My beanie came and the pom is flattened. How do I make it fluffy again?

You can make your pompom fluffy and pretty again by using a hair dryer to heat the fur and refluff.
