Any problems with the succulent must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time by the USPS
You must text us on Etsy with the cause of the problem and a photo. We will be reviewed and I will contact your back asap regarding if it warrants a replacement.
After 48 hours of delivery NO FREE REPLACEMENTS will be offered. This is because the plant must be removed from the package and mailbox right away or damage will be done that is not our fault, as this is a live plant.
Cost to replace will be determined by current postal rates, cost of plant and box.

This product was excellent! I ordered one for each of my two cousins (20 and 22, both female), and I’m certain they’re going to love it! The packaging is wonderful. The box is much smaller than I expected, but when I opened it I was very happy to see that nothing inside was smaller than I had hoped, it had just been packaged so that there was no extra space. This means that it is environmentally conscious as well! I didn’t feel at all like this came at the cost of secure and safe packaging, everything was pristine and had absolutely zero damage. The products are even lovelier than I expected, and are definitely worth the money. It was simple to purchase, easy to personalize, and arrived quickly. Overall, a wonderful buying experience.
