Why aren't all your items hallmarked?

It can be confusing, but not all precious metal items for sale need to be hallmarked to comply with the UK Hallmarking Act, 1973. In a nutshell, any sterling silver items where the precious metal weighs under 7.78g, gold weighing under 1g, or platinum under 0.5g are exempt from hallmarking. Any one item wth the precious metal weighing over these weights MUST be hallmarked if it is being sold as a precious metal. Anyone selling precious metals above these weights without a hallmark is breaking the law! I am very proud to say I have my hallmark registered at the Edinburgh Assay Office in Scotland. So in order for me to sell any precious metal items above the exemption weight, I ensure they are hallmarked there as part of my making process.

Do you deliver to EU countries?

Yes, I deliver worldwide. However, PLEASE be aware that since BREXIT, any orders shipping from UK to EU countries are now considered imports into the EU & are subject to additional charges (VAT & a possible small handling fee) in your destination country. The RECIPIENT is liable for these charges before delivery & they are out of my control. If the value of your order is over €150 the RECIPIENT will also be charged a customs duty. PLEASE check your country’s import customs charges before placing any orders to avoid disappointment! All international orders (including EU) will now be shipped via couriers who can provide end to end tracking information - shipping times are for a guide only, any customs issues may cause delay.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available! Your order will always come in either a branded box, or branded, reusable cotton pouch. This can then be wrapped in branded black & white wrapping paper, adorned with colourful grosgrain ribbon. You can also request a hand written gift message to go with it. Your order will always be shipped in sturdy recycled & recyclable packaging. Perfect for sending a gift directly to your recipient.

A delicate, handmade necklace, made from solid 9ct gold. The 9ct gold pendant has been formed by melting down unused solid, 9ct gold from the workshop, into a slightly organic shaped disc, then gently hammered to give a light crosshatch texture. The pendant can also be taken off and worn on a different chain. The chain supplied is solid 9ct gold but delicate & dainty. Ideally an occasional chain, if you're after an everyday chain, a slightly more substantial one would be more suitable. Elegant, discreet & fine, perfect for layering with other necklaces.
