At our store, you'll find iPad cases for all popular models. Our cases are made of silione and polyurethane leather and feature a printed image. This means there are no textures, glitter elements, paints, or natural materials - just a printed image using UV technology on a Mimaki printer.

Our cases:
- Protect your iPad from dust and scratches
- Are easy to snap on and off
- Are slim and lightweight
- Have a trifold front cover, it is used as a stand for your iPad
- Have a magnetic closure
- Provide the Sleep/Wake function
- Feature all necessary slots and ventilation holes
- However, they do not allow for charging of the Apple pencil!
- Also, they do not have the Apple pencil holder!

We have a partnership in the USA, allowing us to ship our cases worldwide. We use USPS/DHL for shipping within the US and DHL for international orders. Express shipping is also available through FedEx upon request.

Handling and shipping information:
1. All cases are made to order.
2. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing lead time (this is an approximate range and may vary).
3. Delivery time within the US is typically up to 5 business days, while international orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. In some cases, shipping during holidays, festivals or natural disasters may take longer, so please be prepared for a delay of 3-5 additional business days.
4. Please ensure your shipping address on Etsy is correct before making a purchase. We will ship to the address provided by Etsy, unless we receive a request from you.
5. While we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to assist you in any situation. Simply message us and describe the problem.

Refunds & Exchanges
- All cases can be exchanged and refunded except for customized ones!
- If you wish to exchange or refund a case, please contact us for the return address. The case must be in unused condition for a refund or exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.
- Customized cases can be refunded only if there is a problem with the item. Please provide a photo of the issue and we will work to rectify it.
- The price of the case will be refunded once it is returned, so please be prepared to provide a tracking number. Refunds may take up to 5 working days.

If you need to make any changes to your order, such as another case model, print variation, customization, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot be responsible for any changes or errors.
