ABOUT OUR CUTTING BOARDS:

Premium quality North American crafted cutting boards made from cherry, walnut, or maple hardwood. They are not stained or dyed.
NOTE: Natural wood grains and colors will vary. Some boards will engrave darker or lighter than picture shown in listing. Colors shown online will vary due to monitor settings.

All boards are treated with food grade cutting board oil before shipping.

We recommend you do not cut on engraved side of board. While 100% Safe for food contact,
this is the display side of the board. If a juice groove board is purchased, our designs are engraved
on the juice groove side unless CLEARLY requested in Notes to Seller.
Requests or comments in conversations cannot be honored, it must be on the order.

MAINTENANCE/CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do NOT put in dishwasher or submerge in water. Hand wash only and dry immediately.
Wipe down with cutting board/mineral oil after use, or at least once a month.

Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may cause damage to the wood.

post processing (Finishing, packaging) time. Because of this any request to CANCEL an order must be within 12 hours please.

Water is the enemy of wood.
Do not immerse any product in water.

Guest books - these are sealed with Watco Danish Oil Natural. This should protect your book for many years in most conditions. Do not get the books wet, or store in very humid conditions. Water and humidity can cause warping.

Wood cutting / olive wood boards:
Do not immerse in water. NEVER put in a dishwasher. Rinse, then scrub gently with a soapy sponge or cloth to remove stubborn substances. Rinse again, then dry with a towel, and stand on edge to allow front and back to dry equally.
The above applies to marble and acacia boards too.

IMPORTANT:
We use USPS and UPS as preferred carriers.
FREE SHIPPING will be via Parcel Select (USPS) or UPS ground. These services may not insure your package for full value. Please message us from your order for more info.

Items returned to us by these carriers - you will be notified of the return via ETSY message and email. You have 30 days to make re-ship arrangements before we discard your item.

IF a package is marked DELIVERED and you don't find it - unfortunately both carriers require YOU to initiate a missing package search. Once marked delivered it's out of our hands, except that AFTER you've initiated the missing item search we can file the loss claim and reprocess your missing item.
