Afghan throw blanket in special colors; please meet “The Alaskan”!! :D

My close-knit throw blanket style features two strands of comfy, cotton-feel yarn throughout the foundation.

The base is made with one strand clean white and one strand that is a mix of white, light beige taupe, and two different dusky blues.

Then the fringe is lots of wood-bark and caribou browns, with notes of snowy white, snowmelt river blues and evening sky blues.

“The Alaskan” has a touch of ice-crystals in the sunlight shimmer in the fringe; other than that, it’s very earthy and would fit right in with just about any rustic, cabin or lodge decor.

This richly textured throw blanket is warm without being suffocating and is the perfect, snuggle size to enfold and nurture an individual or couple (5 feet long including fringe x 3 feet wide to start; it's very elastic because of the special stitch I used, so it easily stretches).

As with most of my work, please just let me know if you'd like yours a little different; custom orders & special requests are welcome and I generally can make a design shorter or longer, use different colors, etc.

My designs are exceptional quality and a great value; this piece is strong and durable for everyday use for many years.

Only soft, designer, vintage or novelty yarns (vegan). No allergenic animal fibers.

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Lay flat or hang to air dry. NO MACHINE washers or dryers, please.
