SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ON ORDERS OF $200 USD

All orders worth $200 USD or more including any tax or shipping charges will REQUIRE a signature on delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.

OLD OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

You are responsible for providing a correctly formatted and current address. If an incorrect or old address is provided and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent. Further, if a package is sent to an old address and shows delivery, it is your responsibility to collect it from the old address. Refunds will only be provided if the package is returned and you no longer want your order. Original shipping fees will not be refunded in either case.

$60 US FREE SHIPPING NOTICE

If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned to sender due to an incorrect or old address, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total in the event of a refund instead of a reshipment. If you would like your order reshipped, the current standard mail shipping rate will be required to do so.
