Unfortunately the item was out of stock & I didn't know until I contacted the seller over a week later. Refund was issued but I had to open a case with Etsy as the seller didn't respond to my messages. A real shame as this would have been a nice gift.

Hi Charly sorry you were so disappointed we were out of stock of these. I did actually refund you and tried to cancel your order, however you needed to 'accept' the cancellation of the order so we were waiting on this at this end. I also put through your refund after notifying you we were out of stock so maybe you didn't notice the refund?
