There is a 8% restocking fee +$8 shipping label for returns. The 8% fee will not apply to exchanges. We will provide you with the prepaid shipping label.

The item MUST be returned in the exact condition it was received with the jewelry box or there will be a $15 fee.

Items that are custom, personalized, 30%-50% off tab, engraved, wholesale, exchanges, all rings i.e. custom sizing are final sale.

If the return is approved, please ship the item back within 14 days of delivery

Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the items ship. We ship USPS First-Class.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages.

Due to the current world health crisis- ALL couriers are experiencing severe delays especially for international shipping.

Most custom orders ship within 5 business day. Please allow up to 14 days for custom orders excluding weekend and holidays

Custom orders are final sale. They can not be returned or exchanged. All rings are final sale as they are made to order.

Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have. Our customer service team responds to e-mails and messages within 24 hours. Please do not continue to message us repeatedly with the same questions as this causes a huge delay in our ability to respond promptly because we have to sift through duplicate messages.

Our office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM -5:30 PM EST. We do not meet up with customers in person or allow customers to come to our office.
