When will my order arrive?

Most purchases are made to order and require a processing time of 1-2 weeks. If I have your request ready in stock, it will ship out quicker. Orders are shipped in 2 forms to choose from: • Free shipping - Standard trackable shipping, it can take up to 45 days to arrive, but it usually arrives within 10-20 days. • Upgraded - EMS Priority Mail Express International, it can take up to 14 days to arrive, but usually arrives within 10 days. I wish I could deliver every package myself, but please understand that I cannot commit to shipping time frames, they could change and are under the courier's responsibility, during holiday seasons, there may be delays in standard & express shipping due to high demand, it's always best to plan ahead.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RBZ will not be responsible for any delays due to customs. No exceptions.

Some people may be allergic to Sterling silver, it is the buyer's responsibility to know their own health conditions, no refund / return is possible in that case. If you're prone to silver allergies, consider upgrading to gold, which is considered not only beautiful and precious but also hypoallergenic and non-irritating. It's advisable to conduct a patch test on a small area of skin before wearing new jewelry extensively. Keep your jewelry clean and dry to prevent irritation. Remove silver pieces before engaging in activities like swimming or applying lotions, as moisture can expedite tarnishing and increase the risk of skin reactions. Regularly clean your jewelry with mild soap and water, and avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

Care instructions for Sterling silver jewelry:

Caring for Sterling silver jewelry is essential to maintain its lustrous appearance over time. To slow down tarnishing, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container. Avoid exposing silver to harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaners, as they can accelerate tarnishing. When not in use, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any oils or residues. Regularly clean your sterling pieces with a mild soap and warm water, using a soft brush or cloth to reach intricate details. To add an extra layer of protection, consider periodic polishing with a silver polish or a specialized silver cleaning cloth. With proper care, your jewelry can maintain their brilliance for years to come.

Do you work with gold?

Yes. I can create all of my designs in yellow, white & rose gold. Purity levels - 14/18/22K for your choosing.

Can I return my septum ring for an exchange or a refund?

All body jewelry sales are final. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, septum rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these items come into direct contact with body tissues, returning them poses a health risk. This policy is in place to protect all customers and myself, ensuring the highest hygiene standards. I appreciate your understanding.

Return / refund a custom or personalized piece

Custom pieces are made specifically for you based on your chosen text, font, design, and preferences. Once engraved or personalized, the item can’t be resold or altered back to its original state without damaging it. Every custom order requires dedicated time, materials, and careful setup, even for small engravings. Because each piece is created uniquely to your instructions, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items. Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.

As of August 29, 2025, U.S. law requires mandatory tariffs on all international imports, regardless of the order value. The prices listed in the shop 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 include tariff taxes. Because the final tariff amount can only be calculated accurately after all US state taxes and order details are applied, the tariff is handled separately. Once your purchase is completed, I will calculate the exact tariff amount and create a separate custom listing for the tariff payment. This ensures you are charged the exact amount only, with no estimates or overcharging.
