How to download my digital Item?

You should get download notification email straight after order will be processed. In case if you didn't found download notification email from Etsy, you can also access your digital files from your account: 1.Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2.Go to Purchases and reviews. 3.Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. Why Is the Payment for My Purchase Still Processing?

Why I get error extracting the files from ZIP?

It depends from app which you are using unzipping the files, if your app supports zip files not fully - you will get error extracting the files from ZIP. Recommendation to use app, which will support zip files fully (as Zip can have different compression format: deflate , lzma , BZip2 and others ). Here are few as example : for Windows: 7-zip ( 7-zip.org ) Win-Rar ( win-rar.com ) For Mac: The Unarchiver ( theunarchiver.com ) Also can unzip files online here : extract.me

Do I need to have Photoshop to work with mockup?

I would recommend to work with PSD ( Photoshop) file to get the best result, but you can feel free to use any program you used to work with. Here is video tutorial for Photoshop : https://youtu.be/r9Z_wMuCR80 In case if you don't have Photoshop, exist good alternative to it - free online redactor Photopea.com, works and looks very similar to Photoshop and can be used same instruction ( included in purchase).
