Returns and exchanges are accepted for pre-made, ready to ship jewelry and must be initiated via Etsy messages within 3 days of delivery. Items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging and sent back within 14 days from your item’s delivery date. updating my review because the seller reached out about sending me a new earring to replace the faulty one i initially received. very impressed with her customer service and responsiveness! like i stated in my review of the Sparky Ear Jacket, i highly recommend shopping here! (previous review) super cute but the clasps are delicate. one of the earrings in my pair broke before i could even wear it once. i'm making it work with a tiny clear/gel back that i happened to have but this was definitely disappointing
