Can I return or exchange?

Because of the nature of the items, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. But please, if you have a problem with your item(s) send me a message so I can try my best to help.

My item arrived damaged, what now?

If your item has arrived damaged, please send pictures so I can file a complaint with the post office and I will gladly send you a replacement.

Lost package but no tracking number? Status says delivered but didn’t receive it.

If your package was lost in transit with the post office without upgrading, I’m not responsible for lost merchandise in the hands of USPS. You’ll have to place another order. You can also upgrade your shipping at checkout. * If your item says delivered but you did not receive it, I’m not responsible for the item as it’s out of my control. You will have to file a police report as tampering with mail is illegal.

Can I use your artwork for my products?

At this time, I DO NOT sell the rights to any of my artwork. I do not give permission to resell or produce product.

Can I cancel or return my order?

During this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 3 hours of the order. I try to start processing orders within a few hours of receiving as everything is made to order.
