Please read the entire description!

This is a custom PC board I designed that you can use to make your own homebrew SNES games with, or repair old games that no longer work. This Advanced board supports the popular 27C322 EPROM (not included) and is great for easily making a single game up to 4MB (or 32Mbit) without having to use surface mount TSOP parts. It also supports up to 8MB (or 64Mbit) games split over two 27C322s, and can even be used for making multi-carts! The SRAM size has been expanded to a full Megabit (or, 512Kbit for multicarts) with the 1008 series of SRAM (still accepts the 62256 and 6264 series SRAM). Detailed information on how to construct the finished board and its full capabilities can be found at my website:
https://bit.ly/3f1szYk

There are five variations to choose from. Each variation (except the PCB alone) comes with the necessary decoupling capacitors and one electrolytic capacitor. The parts are NOT assembled to the board - they will arrive unsoldered.

Bare PCB - board with no parts
w/ Parts (simple) - comes with two '257 multiplexers, one '139 decoder, and a pre-programmed SuperCIC chip; can make games that do not save
w/ Parts (saving) - comes with all parts in the simple parts package, as well as an additional '139 decoder, a 62256 SRAM chip, and resistors/diodes/transistor for the save circuit; can make games that save
w/ Parts (full) - comes with all parts in the saving parts package, as well as a '74 flip flop for making EX-mode games or multicarts
Test Board - comes with all parts in the full parts package, as well as two 42-pin DIP sockets for testing EPROMs before permanently soldering them into a board

Note that the board will not fit into a cartridge shell if you have the DIP sockets installed - this is for testing purposes only! You can still test out your games in the console without the plastic shell.

This board has an ENIG finish, hard gold contacts, and has a chamfered edge - high quality, holds up very well over time when taking the game in and out of the SNES.

Please, check out my website listed above for extremely detailed instructions on how to construct a game of your own, and if you have any questions, contact me!
Message or email me for larger quantity inquiries. If you need more stock, especially the bare PCB, please contact me - I might have some extra that's not reflected here.

Note: Some pictures show version 3.1, but version 3.2 will be delivered. There are only minor differences between the two boards, so pictures showing version 3.1 are still mostly accurate to what the board will look like.

If anyone had told me as a child that making my own SNES and NES carts as a hobby would one day be possible, I would have dropped all other aspirations and patiently waited in my room for 2021 to arrive. Anyway. All of Nick's products are great and essential in enabling this intoxicating hobby. Here's a shot of my white whale of an ExHirom repro which was as easy to get working as soldering those connections and option pads.

Built my first SNES repro following the easy instructions. Everything but the eprom was provided. Worked on the first try. Highly recommended. Website is an awesome resource of free information too!

Very nicely done, the boards I got are chock-full of options, I can't wait to investigate and start running my own code on the SNES.

After getting stuck on the first build with these boards, the store owner provided some amazing support! Thanks again!
