Who pays for customs fees?

According to Etsy’s policy, buyers are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Yes you will. You will receive email correspondence only from the shipping company to inform you of your package status. This includes that the shipping company received your item, item was processed, item is on it's way to you and your package is out for delivery.
