Custom and personalized orders

At this time, we do not offer customized or personalized orders. If you select an item from our drop down menu, we will send you that item. Please do not request color modifications, etc. via message. We will no longer cancel/refund orders that select the item and then request modifications. The item you selected will be shipped and you will be charged for that item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can gift wrap an item at a modest cost. Please indicate gift wrap at time of purchase. You can always include a message to your recipient simply by indicating "gift."

If you purchase a fleece blanket from our shop, please note these are machine washable. We recommend a cold cycle to start for maintaing vibrant colors. We also recommend a low cycle on the dryer. We include care instructions on all item listings that require special handling.

Uncertain of dimensions, ask before you purchase. This is especially important to ensure medallion strands will fit over your head, musical instruments are the right size for use, and to prevent requests for return. We will no longer accept returns on musical instruments, such as the flutes, hand drums, native rattles or drums. These items are carefully packaged to ensure the integrity of the craftmanship is intact and the buyer receives a quality, affordable piece. Contact me immediately if the item arrives damaged from shipping.

We will not accept returns of wind instruments (flutes) due to concerns over hygiene. The nature of a wind instrument is that the player will put his/her mouth on the instrument. All sales of flutes are final. Please feel free to ask questions about size, pitch, tone, etc before placing an order. We cannot accept any items which have been opened, used or tampered with. Items returned for exchange must arrive to us in the condition it was sent to you. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives broken to discuss exchange/replacement options.

First class domestic Shipping

Unless you pay for priority shipping, we will be unable to guarantee arrival of items. We will also not refund purchases that don't arrive, if you elect to not insure or ship priority mail. Online sales have picked up and the postal service says to allow for more time. First class packages have taken a "back-seat" to priority and often end up in postal distribution centers longer than projected. We've seen this trend since the holiday shipping trend of 2020 and it continues today with weather and other related delays.

Accidental Purchases Asking for Return

In short, shop owners are assessed fees for every transaction that occurs. We will no longer process returns for an accidental purchase. Please be mindful of completing your transaction. If possible, we may be able to do an exchange, but we will no longer grant a refund.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale at this time. We hope to launch a wholesale option for some of our items in the summer of 2026.

Messaging to Add an Item

We do not see your form of payment so we cannot add items after you have placed an order. You will need to place another order for the item. During this busy season, it is difficult to combine shipping and issue refunds for shipping overages. Orders are packaged based on the promised date of fulfillment.

My Package says Delivered but I didn't get it

Sometimes the postal service will note delivered if it is on the truck for delivery. We ask that you give at least 48-hours before requesting information or a refund.

From the Blackfeet Indian reservation and the Red Root line of balms and lotions you've come to love is a series of balms for children called Naamoo, which means "bee" in Blackfeet.

Style of balm with ingredients list is noted on each individual picture. Choose from the drop down menu a tin of all natural, plant-based balms for your little one, grandchild, or to give as gifts.
